- Cancellation before 21st November 2025: 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
- Cancellation on or after 22nd November 2025: No refund will be provided.
- The above cancellation policy is also applicable for workshops, CME, and other paid events.
- All refunds will be processed after the conference.
- All refund/cancellation requests must be sent to the conference secretariat email: drprabudhgoel@gmail.com.
- Please note that bank transfer charges will be deducted from the refunded amount.
- The Organizing Committee is not responsible for any bank charges or commissions. These must be paid by the participant.
- In case of any issues, the decision of the Organizing Committee will be final.
- All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi courts only.
